Vendor

An Amazon vendor is a seller (usually a manufacturer) who directly distributes their products to Amazon. For the end customer, this appears as “Sold and fulfilled by Amazon”. After the goods are acquired, Amazon takes sole responsibility for the sale, shipping of the products, and customer support.
