Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM)

FBM stands for Fulfillment by Merchant. The merchant is responsible for the storage, shipping, and customer service of their items themselves. This allows the merchant to ensure that their goods are appropriately packaged. Additionally, the merchant also takes care of any issues that arise and the corresponding customer service.
